Point System for Approval:
➤ 1 point for every month on the job
➤ 1 point for every year at rented/owned residence (living with relative/friend doesn’t count)
➤ 1 point for every multiple of the payment for gross weekly payment
➤ 3 points if you have a utility bill in your name
➤ 1 point for a checking account in your name for 3 months or more
** 10 Points Is Acceptable **

For Social Security Income or Retirement:
If your sole income is Social Security or disability, you are only required to have 4 points. If you work and draw a check, then the 10 point system still applies unless you qualify without the job income.
